What comes in a tile set?

Each tile set comes with a full American mahjong set with the studio's original artwork across the tiles. The classic colorway comes with 166 tiles: 36 Dots, 36 Bams, 36 Cracks, 12 Dragons, 16 Winds, 16 Flowers, 10 Jokers, 4 Blank Tiles, dice, and a white box carrying case. The Bright colorway comes with 160 tiles: 36 Dots, 36 Bams, 36 Cracks, 12 Dragons, 16 Winds, 8 Flowers, 8 Jokers, 8 Blank Tiles, dice, and a white box carrying case.

How long does an order take to ship?

Mats will arrive 5-14 days after placing your order. Tiles will arrive 3 weeks after placing your order. Merchandise will arrive 2-11 days after placing your order.

Will the colors look exactly like the photographs?

Accepted Answer

Very close. Screens vary, and finishes such as pearl and iridescent shift with the light, so a set can read slightly differently in your room.

How should I care for tiles and mats?

Accepted Answer

Wipe tiles and mats with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid solvents, bleach and long soaking. Apparel is machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

Can I request a different colorway?

Sometimes. Send a note through the contact page with the design and the color you have in mind and we'll tell you whether it can be worked into the next release.
